Managing Director

Andrea Amadesi is the Managing Director of AEW Europe's office in Milan, Italy and is the founder and partner of AEW's real estate management and investment activities in Italy. The company was founded to help facilitate the privatisation of real estate investments and operations of public pension funds, the federal government and various municipalities. In addition, the company has assisted various financial institutions in the restructuring of their real estate portfolios. It also operates as global advisor to the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro real estate fund management company for its funds.

Prior to joining AEW, Andrea worked in investment banking in Paris and Milan, holding a variety of management positions and specialising in asset management and real estate financing. He holds a university degree in Economics and Commerce from the Bocconi University of Milan.
